Refund policy

We want families to join with confidence. The demo class is free, and if the course is not right for you, you can get your money back within the first week.

Effective 7 October 2026

Course fees

Full refund within 7 days. If you ask within 7 days of the student's first paid class, we refund the full fee.

After 7 days from the first paid class, course fees are not refundable.

If we cancel a batch or cannot continue teaching it, we refund the fee for the classes that were not delivered.

The free demo class

The demo class is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Solution chapters

Solution chapters are delivered digitally as soon as payment is confirmed, so they are not refundable once shared. If a chapter does not reach you, will not open, or is not the chapter you paid for, tell us and we will send the right file or refund you.

How to ask for a refund

WhatsApp or call +91 74950 15339, or email mrchemcoach@gmail.com, with the student's name, the course and the payment reference.

When you receive it

We confirm the refund on WhatsApp and send it to the account or method you paid from within 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.
