What the website collects

The website has no accounts and no sign-up. You can use every simulator, the past paper archive and the free solution chapters without telling us who you are.

When you book a demo or enrol, the form opens WhatsApp with your details already typed in: the student's name, class or board, mobile number and the course. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp, and the website itself does not store what you typed.

What we hold once you contact us

When you message, call or email us, we receive what you send. For an enrolled student we keep the details we need to run the classes: the student's name and class, contact numbers, the course and batch, and payment records.

What is stored in your browser

The site remembers a few settings on your own device: light or dark theme, whether you closed the announcement bar, the experiments you opened recently and whether the experiment list is hidden. These stay in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us. Clearing the site data in your browser removes them.

The website does not show advertising, does not use tracking cookies and does not run analytics.

Services we rely on

Past papers and solution chapters open from Google Drive, and conversations happen on WhatsApp. Live classes run on a video platform. Each of these services handles your information under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use it only to reply to you, arrange a demo, run classes and share recordings, collect fees, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Students under 18

Most of our students are under 18. We ask that a parent or guardian makes the booking or enrolment, or knows about it, and we are happy to speak to parents directly.

How long we keep it

We keep enrolment and payment records for as long as the student is with us and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for tax. Enquiries that did not lead to enrolment are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you or your child, to correct it, or to delete it where the law allows, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To ask, WhatsApp or call +91 74950 15339, or email mrchemcoach@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
